Built in Atlanta for Georgia agents
Tell it the offer. It writes the GAR package.
Agent Call Desk is a contract assistant that lives in an agent’s phone. Describe an offer by text, voice note, or a phone call and get a complete, ready-to-sign purchase agreement with the right exhibits attached — every term read back first.
GAR 2026 forms · Sixteen forms mapped · Works from Telegram and a dedicated offer line
How it works
Tell it the offer
Text, a voice note, or a call to the offer line. Give it everything upfront; it fills the gaps.
Hear it back
Prices, dates, addresses and phone numbers read back in words. Say yes, or correct it.
Tap Generate
The summary lands in the agent's chat with one button. The signed-ready package follows in seconds.
What agents get today
One subscription, delivered through a conversational assistant agents use from their phone between showings, and a phone line they can call from the car.
Offers by text, voice, or phone
Tell it the offer in one breath — property, buyer, price, dates, financing. It asks only for what's missing, two or three things at a time, then produces a complete GAR F201 package as a PDF.
Read back before it counts
Every critical number is read back in words. Nothing is final until the agent says yes, and nothing is generated until they tap the button after reviewing the summary.
Lookups built in
The property resolves to its public-record spelling with county, parcel and year built. The listing agent's license and the closing attorney's phone and address are found for you.
The right exhibits, automatically
Conventional, FHA, VA or cash financing exhibit with loan terms filled; broker compensation only when stated; closing attorney as holder; seller temporary occupancy; lead-paint by year built.
Amendments in plain words
“Push closing to October 22” becomes a filled F716. Inspection repairs and credits become an F704. Anything else, an F701 — numbered, seeded from the contract, delivered as its own PDF.
Resume anywhere
Hang up mid-call and call back, or switch from the phone to text. Same contract, nothing re-asked, a PIN protecting the draft. Every offer survives restarts with a full audit trail.
The forms library
Georgia Association of REALTORS® 2026 printings, every blank and checkbox on every page mapped and checked by eye.
Pricing
A published per-agent rate, offered on the same terms to every agent. Brokerage plans are quoted per office. Pricing is never tied to referral activity of any kind.
Per agent
One agent, one bot, one phone line. Cancel any time.

How we handle MLS data
Licensed access only
Agent Call Desk accesses listing content solely through authorized data feeds obtained under a written license with each multiple listing service, and only on behalf of subscribers who hold current membership with that service. We do not scrape listing websites or acquire data from unlicensed sources.
Display rules respected
Any page we generate for a consumer carries the listing brokerage attribution, the required service disclaimer, and the timestamp of the most recent data refresh. Listings withheld from internet display by the seller are excluded automatically.
Scoped to the subscriber
Data is delivered only to the subscribing agent or brokerage for their permitted use. We do not sublicense listing content, resell it to third parties, or make it available to non-subscribers.
Retention and removal
Cached listing content is refreshed on the schedule each service requires and is purged when a listing is removed or when a subscription ends. Services may request removal of any content at any time and we act on those requests promptly.
Talk to us about your office
We onboard brokerages one at a time so every agent gets set up properly. Tell us the size of your roster and we will quote a per-seat plan and walk you through a rollout.
